Vinyl appliqués applied to hub body and protected with 4x Mother ceramic edge sealer/hydrophobic topical coats. Hub features a durable 6-pawl, phased design. The drive system generates a MINIMUM of 230 POE (1.6-degree EA) using 115 CNC’d steel teeth machined into the oversized drivering. Hub features a custom-fabricated, steel-core, stepped, and ultra-stiff axle. Freehub preload spacer tube is also custom-made, from 304 stainless steel. All bearings have been upgraded: shell bearings with genuine Tier-1 Japanese NSK DDU Steel (contact seals) (NDS) - size 6804-2RS & genuine Tier-1 Japanese KOYO CM Steel (special tighter-tolerance low-noise) (DS) - size 6903-2RS; and freehub bearings with genuine Tier-1 FAG Steel (contact seals) (inboard) - size 63803/17268-2RS; and 2x premium Japanese EZO Steel (contact seals) (outboard) - 6802-2RS.
