Custom High-gloss Silver vinyl appliqué applied to hub body and protected with 4x Mother ceramic edge sealer/hydrophobic topical coatings. The drive system generates 44 POE (8.18-degree EA) and features an ultra-stiff 17 mm 7075 alloy axle. All bearings have been upgraded: shell bearings with genuine Tier-1 Japanese NSK DDU CM Steel (contact seals; special tighter tolerance) - size 6903-2RS; and freehub bearings with genuine German-made ZEN Steel - size 17287-2RS (freehub inboard) & ultra-premium OMNI Racer Ti hybrid-ceramic w custom NSK DDU seals - size 6803-2RS (freehub outboard). The last bearing is chosen for optimal performance against water and contamination in this most exposed of the Hope bearing slots; Ti coating on races offers excellent anti-corrosion.
