Everything in Tiers-0 & 1, plus Complete Rear Hub Bearing Upgrading and Installation, with top-of-the-line Tier-1 Japanese-origin Steel bearings made by NTN (Rear, LLU series, including for freehub bearings) & NSK (Front, ultra low-friction and low-noise VV CN Series)
